55 minute individual session is $125

90 minute EMDR session is $175

90 minute family session is $200

Things to consider….

It is important to consider that when you utilize your health insurance benefits this means that I will need to give you a mental health diagnosis. The benefit of private pay is the elimination of a required diagnosis. If you have concerns surrounding receiving a diagnosis or any record of mental health care showing up in your health history, let’s talk about this. This is also true for children. Any and all diagnosis’ are a part of your permanent medical record. There are laws of confidentiality that protect your information and I adhere to such laws regardless of diagnosis. I want to be able to meet you where you are and providing you with important medical record information up front. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding payment and insurance.

Insurance

I accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC. Please bring your insurance card for our first session, check with your plan regarding your mental health benefits. Please be prepared to pay with cash or card for any co-pays of our sessions.

I am also happy to provide a receipt and sign off on a form for any other insurance company if you choose to seek out-of-network reimbursement. This information is usually accessible on your insurance carrier’s website.
